Laura Rafeca is the Salon Director every salon dreams of having, and we are lucky enough to have her on the Salon Ethos Management Team. She is dedicated to perfecting the Salon Ethos client experience and her knowledge and expertise in the beauty industry is unmatched. 

Originally from Jersey City, NJ, Laura began her beauty career in 1988 as a trained Cosmetologist and Beauty Specialist. To advance her career in the hair and beauty industry, Laura and her family moved to Miami, Florida in 2001 where she found her true passion, serving people.  Laura spent the next decade working amongst top talent in some of the best salons in South Beach.  It was here where she met our Co-founder and soon to be Salon Ethos teammate, Bryan.

Laura’s tireless pursuit of becoming ‘The Best Salon in Miami’ insures she will always be available to take your appointment, leave you with a smile, and make you feel like the most beautiful person in Miami.
