BOOKING POLICIES

NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

We get it. Life happens sometimes and you need to adjust your hair plans. But canceling last minute or simply not showing up for your appointment hurts our stylists by them losing out on the time you've booked. This directly affects their pay and no one wants that.

In order to serve you best and protect them, we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you do so by calling or texting us at 786-574-9609 no later than 24 hours prior to your expected arrival time. Not doing so may result in a 50% charge of scheduled services. 

Additionally, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best, but we may not be able to accommodate all requested services. 

PARKING

Nothing can be more frustrating than arriving on time and endlessly circling looking for parking. So please be aware, that in addition to street parking, there are two garages that can always accommodate you, especially when short on time. At just a block away, one is located at 31st Street and NE 1st Ave and another at 34th street between Miami Ave and Buena Vista Blvd.

REFUNDS

On occasion, there may be a time things don't go according to plan or adjustments need to be made to your haircut or color. We ask that you please give us the chance to correct or adjust whatever needs to be done. We want to do everything we can to make sure you are happy, but if you don't give us the opportunity, we can't. To that end, we ask you give your original stylist the opportunity to correct any issues before we will issue any refunds and then only on a case-by-case basis.
