We've all seen it. You're standing in the drugstore staring at dozens of boxes promising rich brunette, bright blonde, or flawless gray coverage for a fraction of the cost of a salon appointment. It's tempting, especially when you're trying to save time or money. At Salon Ethos, we're not here to shame anyone for using box dye. In fact, many of our new clients have used it at some point. What we do want people to understand is why box color often creates problems later on.
